Granola Break Recipe

Ingredients:
3 tablespoons of chia seeds
Almonds
Banana
Peanut/Almond butter
Milk of your choice
Honey
1 cup of rolled oats
Method
1) Preheat the oven to 180 Degrees Celsius or gas 5
2)Mix the rolled oats, chia seeds and almonds.
3) After that, mash the banana and mix that with the oats, chia seeds and almonds
4) Add the peanut butter and the honey and mix them with the other ingredients.
5)Gradually, add the almond milk so it doesn't stick together
6)Press onto a baking sheet, sprinkle honey on top.
7)Bake the granola break at 180 Degrees Celsius for 15-20 minutes.
8) When you have taken it out of the oven, let it cool
9) Then, Enjoy!
